This is a local, home-daily Class A CDL driving job based in Harrisonville, MO, open to drivers with no experience, including recent CDL graduates. You'll haul no-touch dry van and refrigerated freight on local routes.
Pay
- CPM rate of $0.49–$0.60 per mile, with a yearly cent increase

What you'll haul

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- No experience required; entry-level and recent CDL graduates welcome
- Must be able to safely operate a commercial tractor-trailer
- Must understand DOT regulations and hours-of-service rules
- Must be able to perform vehicle inspections and keep accurate records
- Must meet FMCSA qualification requirements
What you'll do
- Drive a Class A tractor-trailer on assigned local routes
- Follow dispatch instructions and delivery schedules
- Complete pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections
- Keep accurate electronic logs and delivery paperwork
- Monitor reefer equipment and maintain temperature control
- Communicate with dispatch and customers, and report any issues promptly
