Local CDL-A Driver — Home Daily, No Experience Needed

This Carlisle, PA carrier is hiring full-time CDL-A drivers for a local, home-daily position — no prior trucking experience required, with full training provided from the start.

Pay

• Weekly earnings of $1,700-$1,900, based on a per-mile rate of $0.68-$0.70 depending on experience

• That works out to roughly $88,400-$98,800 a year

• Sign-on bonus of $3,000-$5,000

Home time

• You're back home every day

• Runs the same lanes, same customers, same schedule each week

• 5 or 6 days a week, with both day and night shifts available

What you'll haul

• Dry van trailers on dedicated, no-touch freight routes — you just drive

• Expect 1,500-2,000 miles a week

• Fleet is made up of late-model (2022 and newer) automatic trucks

Requirements

• Current CDL-A

• At least 21 years old

• Clean driving history, with no SAP program or DUI in your background

• Able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug test

• Live within 40 miles of Carlisle, PA

What you'll do

• Drive a CDL-A truck safely on assigned local routes

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Keep your ELD logs accurate and up to date

• Follow DOT rules and company safety procedures

• Stay in touch with dispatch on your progress
