About this job
Our company is looking for full-time CDL-A drivers for dedicated local routes out of Springfield, MA 01104, with delivery runs that get you home every day. Part-time Saturday shifts are also available for drivers who want extra income.
Pay and bonuses
- Earn between $75,000.00 and $100,000.00 per year
- A sign-on bonus is offered for full-time drivers (amounts listed vary between $5,000 and $1,000.00 in this posting, so confirm the current figure with a recruiter)
- Part-time Saturday work does not qualify for the sign-on bonus
- Quarterly paid safety bonuses
Schedule and home time
- Full-time shifts start between 11am and 1pm, with flexible scheduling options
- You're home every day
- Part-time Saturday shifts start between 12pm and 3pm for a full shift; drivers need available hours on their 70-hour clock and can reset Sunday into Monday for their full-time schedule
- Custom flex schedules can be arranged to fit your lifestyle while still getting you home daily
What you'll haul
- Local, dedicated delivery routes
- Late model tractors and trailers equipped with modern onboard communication technology
Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent, verifiable Class A driving experience
- Valid Class A CDL
- Valid DOT medical certificate
- Able to commute to Springfield, MA 01104
