About this job
Our company is hiring solo CDL-A drivers for FedEx Ground runs out of the Zelienople (N. Pittsburgh) hub. You'll run out-and-back routes within a 250 mile radius and be home every day, driving a late-model automatic Freightliner Cascadia day cab.
Schedule
- Solo, home daily
- Night shift, starting between 10pm and 2am
- Full-time or part-time available
- Extra hours possible by covering customer pickup and delivery stops
What you'll haul
- FedEx Ground freight, drop and hook only, no touch
- Tractor-trailer combination, including doubles
- 2024 or newer automatic Freightliner Cascadia day cabs
Pay
- Starts at $28.00 per hour
- Guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week
- 50% extra pay for a 6th day worked
- $200 monthly performance bonus
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Doubles/Triples endorsement, or able to get one before starting
- At least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years
- Clean driving record: no accidents or tickets in the past 3 years
- Must pass a background check, MVR screening, Clearinghouse login and drug test
