Local CDL-A Driver — $80k/yr + Safety Bonus

Our company is hiring a dependable local CDL-A driver to run routes out of Binghamton, NY, delivering merchandise to retailers like hardware stores, home centers and farm stores. Shifts start early (3am-6am) and run about 50-55 hours a week.

Pay

• $80,000 per year

• Safety bonus opportunity of up to $6,000 annually

Schedule

• First shift start between 3am and 6am

• 50-55 hours per week

• Occasional overnight stays may be needed

What you'll haul

• General merchandise for retail customers, including hardware, home center and farm store accounts

• Runs include pulling double trailers

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor-trailers (including doubles) safely to customer sites

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Handle deliveries, pick up returns, backhauls and empty totes

• Unload freight at delivery points

• Keep accurate DOT logs and paperwork

• Represent the company professionally with customers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid Class A CDL

• HazMat and Doubles endorsements, or willingness to get them

• At least 2 years of tractor-trailer driving experience

• Clean driving record

• Able to lift 75-100 lbs

• Flexible availability, including occasional overnights
