About this job
Our company, a major foodservice distributor based in San Antonio, is looking for a local route driver in Corpus Christi, TX. You'll run a set delivery route and be home every night, with weekends off too.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Dispatch between 3:00 am and 5:00 am
- Shifts run 10 to 12 hours
What you'll haul
- Hand-unload roughly 600 to 1,200 cases per day at each stop along your route
- Drive newer trucks equipped with automatic transmissions and modern safety tech, including adaptive braking, collision mitigation, lane departure warnings, and tire pressure monitoring
Requirements
- Valid Texas Class A CDL
- At least 1 year of driving experience
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Must clear a background check, motor vehicle report review, drug screen, and physical exam
