Local CDL-A Delivery Driver — Home Daily, $1,400–$1,700/wk

Our company in Selma, TX is looking for a local CDL-A driver to deliver product to Chick-fil-A restaurants and get home every day. You'll run routes solo or as part of a two-person team, working Sunday through Friday with two consecutive nights off plus Saturdays off.

Pay

• Minimum guaranteed pay of $1,400 to $1,700 for a 40-hour week, based on your driving experience

• Overtime paid for anything worked past 40 hours

Schedule

• Shifts start between 5 PM and midnight, Sunday through Friday, running until the routes are finished

• Typically 40 to 45+ hours weekly depending on route volume

• Weekend, holiday, and rotating-shift flexibility is required

What you'll haul

• General freight for Chick-fil-A restaurants, delivered to 4-6 locations per shift using new automatic Kenworth T680 tractors and 48-foot Great Dane trailers with power lift gates

• Battery-powered pallet jacks and mobile Samsara devices help guide parking, unloading, and ELD tracking at each stop

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL from your state of residence

• At least one year of tractor-trailer driving experience

• Minimum age 21

• Clean driving record: no DUI/DWI in the last 10 years, no more than 2 of the same violation type or 3 total in 3 years, and no preventable DOT-recordable accidents in the past 3 years

• Must pass a DOT drug screen, background check, and Clearinghouse application

• High school diploma or GED, and solid English communication skills

• Must live within 60 miles of the Selma distribution center

• Comfortable working in temperatures from -10F to 100F, mostly at night, and lifting up to 65 pounds repeatedly
