Local CDL-A Car Hauler — Home Daily, Avg $1,550–$1,650/wk

Our company needs a local CDL-A driver in the Charlotte area to haul vehicles on a 9-car hauler between production facilities and delivery hubs. You'll be home every day after your route, and full paid training is provided even if you've never hauled cars before.

Pay

• Average weekly earnings of $1,550 - $1,650, plus bonus opportunities

• Pay per mile compensation structure

Home time

You return home after every route - no over-the-road nights away.

Schedule

Schedules are set quarterly, with a shift bid process each quarter so you can adjust your routine. Night routes come with a pay differential.

What you'll haul

You'll load, secure, and transport customer vehicles on a 9-car hauler (sometimes 5-car) between our company facilities, following safety procedures and keeping accurate driver logs.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with a current medical card

• At least 21 years old

• English reading, writing, and speaking ability

• At least 6 months of tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years, or equivalent military experience

• Clean driving record

• Physically able to walk 75 feet, climb a 10-foot ladder, and bend, kneel, twist, squat, stand, and climb to secure loads

• Comfortable working outdoors with frequent standing, walking, and driving

• Good vision and hand coordination, and willingness to wear required safety gear like non-slip shoes and gloves

• This is a safety-sensitive role and is not eligible for visa sponsorship
