Local CDL-A/B Truck Driver — Home Nightly, $19–$21/hr

Our company in Lebanon, MO is hiring a local truck driver for same-day and next-day freight runs. You'll work Monday through Friday, be home every night, and handle mostly touch freight, moving goods between the warehouse and customer sites in a box truck or semi.

Pay

• $19.00 to $21.00 per hour

• Expect at least 45 hours a week, typically 45-55

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, no weekend work

• Home nightly

What you'll haul

• Local deliveries from the warehouse to customers, including schools and military bases that require passing security screening

• About 90% of the freight is touch freight, loaded and unloaded by hand using a pallet jack, dolly or forklift, ranging from box truck to full semi loads

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL (Class B drivers may also be considered)

• Clean driving record; no accidents in the last 5 years preferred

• Experience driving a semi and/or box truck

• Must be physically able to lift 50-75 lbs and get in and out of the truck frequently; not suited for drivers with back or knee problems

• Must live within 20 minutes of Lebanon, Missouri

• Valid medical card

• Comfortable passing screening to access school and military base locations

On the job

You'll run daily pre-trip inspections, keep the truck in good condition, follow all driving laws and safety rules, load and unload cargo safely, and stay in touch with dispatch about delays or route changes.
