About this job
Our company is hiring local CDL A and B drivers to deliver building materials in and around Madison, WI for a nationwide structural building products supplier. You'll stay within a 50-mile radius on daytime runs, Monday through Friday, and be home every night.
Pay
- $32-$34+ per hour based on your experience
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Shifts begin between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM and wrap up between 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM
- All routes are local and daytime, with home time every day
What you'll haul
- CDL A drivers operate automatic-transmission semi trailers
- CDL B drivers run automatic flatbeds and tandem trucks fitted with Moffett forklifts
- Loads are building materials, with 10-15 stops per day
Requirements
- Active Class A or B CDL
- Minimum 2 years behind the wheel with a CDL
- Prior forklift experience
- No issues on your driving record
- Comfortable lifting up to 100 lbs on a repeated basis
- Open to pitching in with warehouse tasks when needed
