Local CDL-A/B Delivery Driver — Touch Freight, Nederland, TX

Our company is hiring a local delivery driver in Nederland, TX to run daily routes delivering gas and equipment products to customers. You'll handle freight directly, complete required paperwork, and work closely with customers at each stop.

What you'll haul

• You'll make roughly 10-12 stops per day delivering and picking up products

• Expect hands-on freight handling, not just driving

• You'll count and log the quantities and types of product delivered or picked up

• Hazmat shipping papers must be filled out per DOT rules

• Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections are required, and you'll flag any repair or maintenance needs

• Part of the role involves building relationships with customers and coworkers and learning how our company's business works

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, and you can read and write English

• Valid Class A or B CDL, plus either 2 consecutive years of driving experience or a recent truck driving school certificate

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Hazmat endorsement required, or you must get one within 60 days of being hired

• No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in the last 2 years

• No alcohol-related convictions in the past 10 years

• Able to pass a DOT physical and get a medical certificate

• Able to push, pull, move, and lift at least 75 pounds
