About this job
Eassons Transport Ltd. needs LCV (Long Combination Vehicle) certified drivers based out of Ontario or Nova Scotia to run round trips between Toronto and Halifax, with your home terminal determining your direction. You'll haul temperature-controlled TL/LTL freight on this lane and handle assigned pickups and drops.
Pay
- Mileage rates plus accessorial pay, paid weekly
- Overtime kicks in after 60 hours
- Typical schedule runs 40 to 50 hours per week
What you'll haul
- TL/LTL temperature-controlled shipments between the Toronto and Halifax area
Requirements
- At least 5 years of verifiable AZ or Class 1 driving experience
- Must hold LCV certification
- Clean police record check
- Clean driver's abstract (CVOR in Ontario)
- Clean drug test
- Experience with Automatic Onboard Recorders is a plus
