In-Home Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate — $50,000–$55,000/yr

Our company is hiring a Delivery Driver who also works in the warehouse, delivering American-made home furnishings to customers in the Portland area while helping prepare products for delivery.

What the role involves

You'll split your time between a three-person delivery crew and the delivery center. On the road, you'll take turns driving a 24-foot box truck and riding along as the second person on a two-driver delivery team, bringing furniture to customers' homes. About one or two days a week, you'll work indoors on merchandise quality tasks like staging products, doing basic assembly, and checking items before they go out for delivery.

Schedule

Tuesday through Saturday, 7:30am to 4:00pm, with paid overtime as needed.

Based out of 20850 Southwest 115th Avenue, Suite 100, Tualatin, OR 97062.

Pay

This is a salaried position paying $50,000 to $55,000 per year (equivalent to $24.04 to $26.44 per hour), guaranteed with occasional paid overtime. The exact offer depends on your experience and qualifications.

What you'll need

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license

• Able to drive a 24-foot box truck (they'll train you)

• Able to lift and carry heavy items with help from a teammate or lifting equipment

• Comfortable speaking and writing in English to communicate with your delivery partner, coworkers and customers

• Must pass a pre-employment 5-panel drug screen (THC excluded)

• Must be able to prove your identity and legal authorization to work once hired

• Prior experience in a customer-facing delivery or service role is a plus, though not strictly required
