Hotshot Truck Driver (No CDL) — Paid Training, $1,200/Week After Promotion

Our company is hiring a Hotshot Truck Driver to train into a Truck Lead role, hauling freight with a Ram 3500 and 40-foot gooseneck trailer along the Atlanta, GA to Chattanooga, TN corridor. No CDL is required, and full training is provided.

Pay

• $600-$800 per working week during training, based on experience

• $1,200 per working week once qualified and promoted to Truck Lead

• Pay potential increases as the company grows

Home time

• Five weeks on the road followed by one unpaid week at home

• Company-provided sleeper accommodations while on trips

• Company-paid hotels during required DOT resets, plus meals and showers while traveling

What you'll haul

• Freight transported using a company-provided Ram 3500 and 40-foot gooseneck trailer

• Company covers the truck, trailer, fuel, and maintenance

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (CDL not required)

• Must meet DOT driver qualification standards

• Must pass a drug screening and background check

• Clean MVR to meet company insurance requirements

• Willing to travel extensively and work closely with another driver

• Strong communication skills and a safety-first attitude

• Prior hotshot, towing, or transportation experience is a plus but not required
