Hazmat CDL-A Driver — Home Daily, $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Ruan needs a Class A CDL driver based out of Remington, IN to run dry van loads of auto parts for a dedicated account. You'll be home every day on an overnight schedule.

Pay

• Weekly paychecks based on activity: $.602 cents per mile plus $25 per stop

• Drivers typically bring home around $77,000 a year

• $2,500 sign-on bonus, with your first payment arriving after your first 30 days

Home time

• Home daily, running overnight

• Choose from several departure patterns: Sunday through Thursday, Monday through Friday, Tuesday through Saturday, or a split schedule

• Five days on, two days off in a row

• Expect roughly 45 hours a week, mixing multi-stop runs with shuttle deliveries

What you'll haul

• Auto parts in dry van trailers

• New automatic Freightliner daycabs

• You'll unload freight yourself at each stop with a lift gate and electric pallet jack

• Hazmat endorsement required

Requirements

• At least 22 years old

• Three or fewer moving violations over the past three years (some exceptions may apply)

• No more than one preventable DOT-recordable accident in the last three years

• A profile set up at fmcsa.dot.gov for the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse before you're hired

• At least 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the last three years

• Strong enough English skills to talk with the public, read road signs, answer official questions, and fill out reports
