FedEx Ground Delivery Driver — $200/Day After Training

Our company Inc. is hiring delivery drivers to run FedEx Ground routes out of Johnstown, CO. You'll drive a company-supplied P-series van delivering to homes and businesses around Longmont, Erie, Frederick, Dacono, and Firestone, covering about 100 miles a day on mostly in-town streets with some rural stretches.

Pay

• $200 per day once you finish training

• $180 per day during a two-week paid training period

• Extra $1 for every stop past 150 in a day

• Paid out weekly

Schedule

• Operation runs Sunday through Saturday; your schedule is five days a week, including one weekend day

• Routes head out at 7:30 AM and run until all stops are done

• Typical shifts run 8 to 10 hours

What you'll haul

Deliveries are roughly 80% to homes and 20% to businesses. The job involves constant lifting, bending, and climbing in and out of the vehicle as you work your route.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Valid driver's license and a clean record

• Must clear a background check and drug screening

• Able to lift up to 150 lbs, with accommodation if needed, and move in and out of the van repeatedly

• Comfortable working solo and juggling several tasks at once

• No delivery experience necessary - training is provided
