FedEx Ground Delivery Driver — $190/day Plus Bonuses, No CDL

Our company Inc. operates FedEx Ground delivery routes out of Kansas City, serving Liberty, Independence, and the surrounding area. This is a no-CDL step van delivery role with a $500 hiring bonus and daily pay of $190.

Pay

• $190 per day, paid weekly every Friday

• $75 weekly incentive when you hit 99.4% service or better (incentive conditions apply)

• $75 incentive for picking up an unscheduled day

• $500 hiring bonus

Schedule

• Five days a week, including one weekend day

• Start time is 9 AM

• Routes run about 8.5 hours and finish once all stops are completed

What you'll haul

• City and suburban delivery routes covering roughly 50 miles a day across Liberty, Independence, and Kansas City

• You'll drive a gas-powered Ford step van (P1000, P1100, or P1200), provided by the company along with uniform and equipment

• Duties include loading, unloading, and carrying packages to each delivery point

Requirements

• Age 21 or older

• Valid driver's license with a clean record; Missouri drivers need a Class E license

• No CDL needed

• Must pass a background check and drug screen

• Able to lift up to 150 lbs and move in and out of the vehicle repeatedly, with or without accommodation

• Delivery or courier background is a plus but not required
