FedEx Delivery Route Driver — $700–$775/wk, No CDL Required

Help Slip Frank, INC is hiring full-time delivery route drivers to run FedEx routes out of the Rolla, MO terminal, delivering to homes and businesses in the Washington, MO area. You'll drive a company-provided step van or box truck, and no CDL is needed.

Pay

• $700-$775 per week to start, with raises tied to your production and safety record

• Paid every two weeks

• Extra $300 bonus each month

Schedule

• Typically a 4-day work week within a 6-day operating schedule

• 5-day weeks are available outside the holiday season

• From the Saturday before Thanksgiving through December 24th, expect 6-day weeks, possibly including Sundays

• Each route runs until every delivery and pickup for that window is finished

What you'll haul

• Residential and business package deliveries in the Washington, MO area, dispatched from the Rolla terminal

Requirements

• Age 21 or older

• Valid Class E license (or able to get one)

• Live within 30 minutes of the Rolla terminal

• Clean driving record

• Able to pass a background check with no felony convictions

• Able to pass a DOT physical, paid for by the employer

• Able to pass a drug screen under federal DOT rules, including random testing during employment; this covers marijuana and CBD/Delta 8/Delta 9 products regardless of state law

• Able to lift and move packages weighing 150 lbs or more (hand carts are provided)

• Comfortable getting in and out of the truck repeatedly throughout the day

What the job involves

• Picking up your vehicle and packages at the Rolla terminal

• Loading and unloading the truck

• Delivering packages to customers

• Scanning and logging each package
