Farm Truck Driver — $25–$30/hr

This role has you driving trucks and trailers around a farm operation in Warkworth, ON, moving crops, supplies and equipment to keep planting and harvest running on schedule. Pay runs $25.00–$30.00 per hour.

What you'll haul

• Agricultural products, farm supplies and equipment, moved between fields, storage areas and the farmyard

• Work tied to seasonal planting and harvest activity

What you'll do

• Pick up and deliver loads on time to keep farm operations moving

• Check trucks and trailers before and after each trip and flag any problems

• Tie down and secure loads correctly

• Keep delivery and driving paperwork up to date

• Work closely with farm managers and field crews as needs shift

• Pitch in on loading, unloading, cleaning and light upkeep of vehicles

• Navigate safely around fields, loading zones and public roads

• Watch for hazards and report any incidents right away

Requirements

• A valid Ontario licence matching the vehicle you'll drive

• A solid driving record and clean abstract

• Comfort working outdoors through changing weather and seasonal hours

• Strong communication, organization and teamwork

• A Class A/AZ or D/DZ licence, air-brake endorsement where needed, and prior commercial or ag-hauling experience are a plus

• Familiarity with tractors, wagons, loaders or other farm equipment, and basic mechanical know-how, will count in your favor
