Entry-Level OTR Truck Driver — Paid CDL Training, $65,000+ First Year

Launch a truck driving career even if you have never driven before. Our company covers your CDL training and puts you on the road running Super Regional OTR routes, with first-year earnings of $65,000+ possible.

Pay

• Starting pay of $0.50 per mile, with a $0.04 CPM raise after 6 months

• Monthly safety bonus on top of base pay: +$0.03 CPM for 9,800-10,499 miles, +$0.05 CPM for 10,500-12,499 miles, and +$0.07 CPM for 12,500+ miles

• Both loaded and empty miles count toward pay

• You're also paid for layovers, tolls and scale stops

• First-year total pay of $65,000+ depends on your mileage and performance

Home time and routes

• You'll run Super Regional freight east of I-35, avoiding the far Northeast

• Typical cycle is 10-14 days out followed by 2 full days home

• Freight is steady, so your miles stay consistent

CDL training

• No CDL or prior experience needed to apply

• You'll complete local CDL training first, then move into OTR driving

• Orientation runs 3 days in Richland, MS, with $320 in pay plus travel, hotel and meals covered

• After orientation, you'll spend 175 hours training with an experienced driver, earning $90 per day during this stretch

• This structured program is designed to build real OTR experience before you're driving solo long-term
