Entry-Level OTR Truck Driver — Paid CDL Training, $65,000+ First Year

Launch a trucking career with no CDL and no experience necessary. This role puts you through local CDL training, then transitions you into an OTR Super Regional driving position with steady freight and scheduled home time.

Pay

• First-year earnings of $65,000+ based on miles and performance

• Starting rate of $0.50 per mile

• Mileage rate increases by $0.04 CPM after 6 months

• Monthly safety bonus on top of base pay:

• 9,800-10,499 miles earns an extra $0.03 CPM

• 10,500-12,499 miles earns an extra $0.05 CPM

• 12,500+ miles earns an extra $0.07 CPM

• Both loaded and empty miles count toward pay

• Extra pay for layovers, tolls and scale stops

Home time and routes

• Super Regional OTR lanes running east of I-35, avoiding the far Northeast

• Typical cycle is 10-14 days on the road followed by 2 full days home

• Freight volume stays steady, so miles are consistent

Training

• No CDL on hand? You'll go through local CDL instruction first, then move into OTR driving

• Orientation runs 3 days in Richland, MS, with $320 paid plus covered travel, lodging and meals

• OTR training totals 175 hours riding with a trainer, paid at $90 per day

• The program is built to give you real road experience before you're running solo

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old

• A valid driver's license is required, but a CDL is not
