Our company is hiring new drivers in Indianapolis, IN who want to start a trucking career with no prior CDL experience. They cover your upfront CDL training costs and help you choose the driving path that fits your life.
Pay
- Earning potential up to $75,000 or more, depending on which career path you choose
- Pay comes from a mix of mileage, higher starting CPMs, and bonuses
Training
- No CDL required to apply - training is provided and upfront licensing costs are covered
Route options
- OTR: the most miles and the highest pay potential, with long-haul travel
- Team OTR: continuous miles with a co-driver, shared workload, priority dispatch, and newer equipment
- Dedicated: set lanes, steady customers and freight, and predictable home time and income
- Regional: shorter routes with more time at home, often daily or weekly, within a set freight area
- Availability of each route depends on your experience and location
Other paths for experienced drivers
- Driver Mentor/Trainer: train new drivers and increase your pay
- Owner Operator: a lease purchase program lets you run your own small trucking business
