Entry-Level CDL-A Truck Driver — Paid Training

Our company is looking for newly licensed CDL-A drivers to join a dry van fleet, with paid training and a path toward more home time as you gain experience. You can choose between a regional W-2 route or an OTR 1099 setup, and local home-daily work may be available depending on your area.

Pay

• Regional (W-2): $0.60+ CPM, running 2,400-2,800 miles per week, estimated at $1,300-$2,400 per week

• OTR (1099): $0.70 CPM, running 3,000+ miles per week, estimated at $2,200+ per week gross

• Paid training pays $700-$900 per week for 4-6 weeks, depending on which route you choose

Home time

• Regional drivers are home every other week

• OTR drivers are home every 3 to 4 weeks

• Local, home-daily positions may be open in select areas depending on account openings

What you'll haul

• 100% dry van freight, a mix of drop-and-hook and live load/unload

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL; new grads are welcome
