Entry-Level CDL-A Truck Driver — Paid Training, $800–$1,000/wk Guaranteed

Our company is looking for new Class A license holders in the East Bay for a structured, paid entry into trucking. You'll know your pay from day one, with set amounts during training and a guaranteed floor once you're solo.

Pay

• Training period: $800 a week while you're out learning the ropes

• First 3 months solo: a guaranteed $1,000 weekly floor

• After that: drivers typically gross $1,200 to $1,400 a week

• Mileage rate starts at $0.51 per mile, plus $15 per stop and a monthly bonus tied to performance

• $300 orientation pay, with travel expenses covered

What you'll haul

• Refrigerated freight moved across the Western states

• Weekly mileage in the 1,900 to 2,100 range

• Freight is picked up and delivered without manual unloading

• Dispatches run both day and night, including some weekends and holidays

Home time

• You'll get a full reset at home every two weeks

• Once training wraps up, you can bring a rider or pet along

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 with a current Class A CDL

• New drivers need 120+ hours of training from an accredited CDL school

• Drivers with experience need either 6 months OTR in the past year or a full year in the last 5

• Driving history can show no more than 2 moving violations in 2 years

• No serious preventable accidents in the last 5 years

• No DUI or DWI within the last 5 to 10 years

• Must pass hair and urine drug screening
