Entry-Level CDL-A Truck Driver — Paid Training, $1,000/Week Guarantee

New to driving but hold your CDL-A? Our company is bringing on new license holders near Medford, OR for a western regional fleet, with paid on-truck training and a guaranteed paycheck once you're driving solo.

How training works

• You'll ride along with an experienced trainer, running real freight

• You get paid weekly throughout the training period

• Once your trainer clears you, you move into your own truck at full pay

• Your first 3 months solo come with a $1,000 per week guarantee

What you'll haul

• Dry van loads across the western states, west of the Mississippi

• Roughly 2,000 miles weekly

• Both day and night dispatch, with weekend runs expected

Home time

You'll be home every 2 weeks.

Pay

• Weekly pay averages $1,500

• Mileage rate starts at 50 cents per mile

• $15 for each stop

• A monthly bonus tied to driver performance

• $300 for orientation, plus travel costs covered to get there

Requirements

• Class A CDL, must be 21 or older

• At least 120 hours of training from an accredited CDL school

• No more than 2 moving violations over the past 2 years
