Our company is launching new drivers into OTR trucking through its CORE48 Driver Academy. If you're new to the road or have under a year of verifiable CDL-A experience, you'll get hands-on training, real freight experience and a path toward a long-term driving career, with trips back to Texas on a regular basis.
Pay
- OTR pay starts at $0.51 to $0.52 CPM
- 95% of drivers earn an extra $0.05 CPM monthly safety bonus, bringing total pay to $0.56 to $0.57 CPM
- $200 paid for road resets
- Paid weekly
Home time
- Expect to be out 2 to 3 weeks between trips
- Regular trips back to Texas

- Food-grade tanker, reefer and van freight

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A, with less than one year of verifiable experience accepted
- Willing to stay on the road for 2 to 3 week stretches
- Safety-minded approach to driving
- Must meet DOT qualification standards
