What a shift looks like
You'll time your arrival at the yard, complete a full pre-trip inspection, and head to your first appointment. At the shipper, you'll hand over the appointment and release numbers, wait to be loaded, collect your paperwork, check in with dispatch, then run your deliveries. Each delivery gets signed off, and you return all paperwork with your run sheet to the office at day's end. Before heading back to the yard, you're expected to refuel.
