DZ Heavy Equipment Delivery Driver — $24–$26/hr

Battlefield Equipment Rentals in Milton, ON is hiring a full-time, permanent DZ Class driver to move heavy equipment out to construction job sites. You'll be the face of the branch on-site, so safe driving and strong customer service both matter here.

Pay

• $24.00-$26.00 per hour, based on experience

What you'll be doing

• Haul equipment to customer sites, handling it safely from pickup to drop-off

• Load, unload and strap down machinery and materials to proper safety standards

• Keep dispatch posted on your schedule, delivery progress and any route changes

• Fill out logbooks and paperwork accurately on each run

• Check loads and equipment for damage during deliveries and flag concerns to your manager right away

• Get trucks ready for the next day: fueling up, washing when needed, and pre-loading equipment

• Pitch in with the branch team on daily operations and customer requests

• Follow safety and environmental procedures on every job

Requirements

• Valid DZ Class license with a clean driving abstract

• Background delivering construction or landscaping equipment

• Comfortable securing different types of loads

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude

• Able to work independently, manage your time, and stay organized

• Some familiarity with construction equipment and building materials

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work outside in any weather

• A plus if you've run a roll-off truck before, used TRAC or Systematics, or know CAT equipment
