DZ Fuel/Boom Truck Driver — $30.00–$33.00/hr

Our company needs a Fuel/Boom Truck Driver to haul fuel out to construction sites and fuel up equipment on location around Kingston and the 401 Corridor. The schedule runs Monday through Friday with the occasional weekend, and you could land on either a day or night shift depending on how busy things are.

Pay

• $30.00 to $33.00 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications

What you'll do

• Haul fuel to and from active job sites

• Refuel equipment on-site, following safety procedures

• Run through daily truck inspections and handle the related paperwork

• Maintain accurate electronic logbooks

• Run an 8 ton crane

• Pitch in on other tasks as they come up

Working conditions

• You'll be out on construction sites in all kinds of weather

• Expect physical demands like lifting, hauling hose and climbing onto equipment

• Shifts can fall during the day or at night

Requirements

• Valid DZ licence (having an AZ licence also helps)

• Between 1 and 5 years behind the wheel of a fuel truck, including TDG experience

• TDG certification will be provided if you don't already have it

• Capable of lifting as much as 50 pounds

• Experience running an 8 ton crane is a plus, not a must
