About this job
Our company in Niagara Falls, ON is looking for a Front Lift / Roll Off / Lugger driver to handle construction waste pickup and delivery across the Niagara area. You'll run early mornings and work full shifts based on customer schedules, with overtime available.
Pay
- $28.00-$30.00 per hour
What you'll haul
- Construction waste bins, collected and transported to meet customer needs
- Equipment includes front lift, roll off and lugger trucks
Requirements
- Valid DZ license with a clean, acceptable abstract
- Comfortable driving manual transmission trucks
- 5+ years of waste industry driving experience preferred; 4 years of truck driving experience in general is a plus
- Experience operating front-end lift trucks is an asset
- Familiarity with the Niagara Region is helpful
- Strong written and verbal communication, sound judgment, and solid customer service skills
- Physically able to perform the job duties
- Able to fill out logs and paperwork accurately, including DVIRs
