DZ Food Delivery Driver — $22–$24/hr

You'll drive a DZ-licensed straight truck for a food distribution company, delivering refrigerated, frozen, and dry goods to restaurants, warehouses, and other commercial customers across the area, working about 40 hours a week.

Pay

• $22.00-$24.00 per hour

What you'll haul

• Refrigerated, frozen, and dry food products to commercial customers

• Loading and unloading using pallet jacks or forklifts as needed

What you'll do

• Drive assigned routes safely, completing on-time deliveries

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks and flag any issues

• Confirm delivery paperwork and invoices against shipments

• Keep dispatch and warehouse staff updated on progress or delays

• Keep the truck clean and handle food products per safety rules

• Follow MTO rules and workplace safety procedures

• Help spot and report maintenance needs

Requirements

• Valid Ontario DZ licence

• At least 4 years of verifiable DZ driving experience

• Clean driver's abstract

• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs

• Experience securing and handling freight

• Good communication and time-management skills, able to work independently

Experience in food distribution, grocery delivery, or refrigerated trucking is a plus, as is forklift/pallet jack experience and familiarity with GTA delivery routes.
