About this job
Our company is a long-standing construction materials supplier looking for DZ licensed drivers comfortable with 10-13 speed manual flatbed trucks to deliver to job sites across the GTA. You'd be running either a boom truck or a Moffett, handling building materials on-site.
What you'll haul
- Building materials delivered to construction sites across the GTA
- Loading, unloading and positioning materials using your truck's equipment
- Handling materials by hand as needed
Requirements
- Valid DZ licence
- Comfortable driving a 10-13 speed manual flatbed truck
- For the Boom Truck role: 0-8 ton Boom licence
- For the Moffett role: valid Moffett licence
- Able to secure loads properly before any lifting or moving
- Comfortable coordinating delivery timing and safety steps with site staff
- Willing to check your equipment regularly and flag any mechanical problems
- Follows safety rules, including correct PPE use and OSHA standards
- Keeps accurate records of deliveries, inspections and daily logs

- Starting at $28.00 per hour
- At least 37.0 hours of work expected per week
