DZ Bulk Propane Delivery Driver — $27–$29/hr, Home Nightly

Our company in Brockton, ON needs a Utility and Bulk Driver to haul propane to homes, businesses and farms. You'll also pitch in around the bulk plant with cylinder filling, equipment upkeep and helping service techs. Safety and strong customer care come first.

What you'll haul

• You'll drive a bobtail truck and transfer bulk propane into customer storage tanks, following all required hazmat rules at the local, provincial and federal level.

What you'll do

• Run pre-trip and post-trip checks on the truck, hoses and pumping gear.

• Pitch in at the plant when you're not on the road: filling cylinders, painting or servicing tanks, and keeping the yard in order.

• Deal directly with customers, checking tank setups for hazards (like leaning pads or blocked vents) before you fill.

• Keep accurate records: delivery tickets, meter readings and hours-of-service logs, whether on paper or through onboard systems.

• Take part in an on-call rotation for after-hours or emergency calls, especially during busy heating months.

Requirements

• DZ license with a clean driving record.

• One year of experience or less is fine.

• Labor experience is a plus.

• Able to lift 60 lbs repeatedly and handle physical work moving heavy gear.

• Propane knowledge is a plus, as are basic computer skills for inventory tracking.

Pay

$27 to $29 per hour, depending on your skills, experience and location. Performance-based incentives may also be available.

Home time

Field staff are home every night.
