DZ/AZ Fuel Delivery Driver — Home Daily, $29.00/hr

4Refuel is hiring a DZ or AZ driver in Hamilton, ON to deliver fuel directly to customer equipment on local routes. You'll be home every day, with no long-haul travel involved.

Pay

• $29.00 per hour

• Overtime available for drivers who want extra hours

Home time

• Local routes only, home daily, no long-haul driving

• Rotating shift patterns include built-in days off and some extended weekends

Schedule

A few shift rotations are used, including Sunday to Thursday 3:30pm-3:30am, and two-week rotating patterns covering various day/night combinations between 3pm-3am or 4pm-4am. Weekend, holiday and overtime shifts may be required at times.

What you'll do

• Deliver and unload fuel at customer sites

• Handle daily vehicle inspections and paperwork

• Follow all safety procedures while working independently outdoors

• Provide professional service to customers

• Take on other duties as needed

Requirements

• At least 1 year of DZ or AZ driving experience

• Valid commercial driver's license with air brake endorsement

• Clean driving record

• Petroleum industry background is a plus, not required

• Comfortable working alone outdoors in all conditions

• Open to weekend, holiday and overtime work when needed

Hiring process

Expect a road test and a ride-along with a current driver. Final offers depend on passing a criminal background check, drug and alcohol screening, a medical exam and reference checks.
