Dump Truck Driver — $27.00/hr

Our company in London, ON is looking for a Dump Truck Driver to move gravel, dirt and debris between construction job sites. You'll run the truck, keep it safe and compliant, and help keep sites running on schedule.

Pay

• From $27.00 per hour

What you'll do

• Load, haul and dump construction materials at different job sites

• Check your truck before and after each trip to confirm it's safe and road-legal

• Work with site supervisors to plan delivery timing and routes

• Help out with loaders, forklifts or other heavy equipment when needed

• Handle minor repairs and upkeep on the truck as needed

• Track deliveries, fuel use and maintenance activity

• Follow traffic laws and site safety rules at all times

Requirements

• Valid CDL with a clean record

• At least two years running dump trucks or similar heavy trucks, ideally in construction

• Comfortable with basic truck repairs and routine upkeep

• Solid grasp of safety practices around commercial driving and heavy machinery

• Able to handle physically demanding days: driving, loading, unloading and site work

• Good communication skills for working with crews and site staff

• Forklift experience and familiarity with freight or equipment handling are a plus
