Delivery Driver — No CDL Required, $20/hour

Our company is looking for dependable delivery drivers to run package deliveries out of their Zionsville, IN terminal. You will start as a seasonal driver with the chance to move into a permanent role over time. No CDL is needed for this position.

Pay

• $20/hour, paid weekly

• Stop bonus and overtime available

• Paid training

Schedule

• Tuesday through Saturday or Monday through Friday

What you'll do

• Drive a company-provided vehicle to drop off packages on time and in good condition

• Load and unload freight and check that paperwork matches each delivery

• Choose efficient routes while following traffic and safety rules

• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and report any mechanical issues, accidents, or violations right away

• Work with dispatch to keep deliveries on track and flag delays

• Treat customers professionally and represent the company well

Requirements

• Age 21 or older

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license with a clean record

• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

• Courier experience is a plus but not required

• Comfortable working solo, managing time, and handling several tasks at once

• Able to lift packages up to 150 lbs, including bending and maneuvering them to the delivery point
