Delivery Driver — No CDL Required, $150–$200/Day

Our company in Indianapolis, IN is hiring delivery drivers to run packages to customers in a company vehicle. No CDL is needed, and this seasonal role can lead to a permanent spot over time. You'll work mostly on your own, planning efficient routes and keeping up a friendly, professional presence with every drop-off.

Pay

• $150.00 to $200.00 per day, depending on your route

• Paid weekly

• Training pays $140/day for the first 2 weeks

• Monthly performance bonus of $100

Schedule

• Tuesday through Saturday, or Thursday through Monday

• Flexible scheduling

• Based out of 4111 N Producer Ave, Indianapolis, IN, 46218

What you'll do

• Drive a company-provided vehicle to deliver packages safely and on time

• Load and unload freight, checking that everything arrives in good condition

• Confirm delivery paperwork and package accuracy

• Choose efficient routes while following traffic and safety rules

• Stay in touch with dispatch on scheduling and any delays

• Keep the vehicle clean and report any mechanical issues, accidents or violations right away

Requirements

• Age 21 or older

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license with a clean record

• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

• Comfortable lifting and maneuvering packages up to 150 lbs to the customer's door

• Courier experience is a plus; F Endorsement preferred

• Strong communication, time management and customer service skills
