Delivery Driver — $925–$1,200/Week, No CDL Required

Tam Transportation Company Inc. needs delivery drivers in Reading, PA to run FedEx package routes in a company vehicle. No CDL is needed, and the role pays well above base through stop and package bonuses.

Pay

• Base pay runs $925 to $1,200 a week, paid weekly

• Bonus of $1.20 per stop past 130 stops on city routes, or $1.30 per stop past 120 stops on rural routes

• Extra $0.50 per package plus a $25 daily bonus for on-time pickups and good attendance

• Once you pass 95 stops (rural) or 115 stops (city), you earn an added $1.10 per stop plus $0.05 per package

• One week of paid vacation after your first year, plus paid training

Schedule

• Six days a week

What you'll do

• Drive a company vehicle on assigned routes, loading and unloading packages as you go

• Plan your route for efficiency while following traffic and safety rules

• Confirm delivery paperwork and keep the vehicle clean

• Flag any accidents, issues or vehicle problems right away

Requirements

• At least 21 years old with a valid license and a clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• Delivery or courier background is a plus

• Good communication, time management and organizational skills

• Able to lift packages up to 150 lbs
