About this job
Our company is hiring a full-time Delivery Driver in Hawthorne, NY. You will pick up and deliver packages on schedule, handle them with care and follow safety protocols.
Pay
- $24.75 per hour
Schedule
- Day shift, Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed
- Work is on the road
What you'll do
- Deliver packages to customers along set routes and time windows
- Load and unload cargo
- Log mileage, fuel costs and any issues from each trip
- Collect payment on delivered items
- Check over and look after your delivery vehicle
- Deal with customers in a professional way
Requirements
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to follow directions accurately
- Willingness to receive schedule and performance texts from company managers on your personal phone
- No experience needed; training is paid
