Delivery Driver — $15.00–$20.00/hr

Our company in Edmonton, AB is looking for a reliable Delivery Driver to move freight between the company and its customers. You'll drive trucks and vans on set routes, handle loading and unloading, and help keep deliveries running smoothly.

What you'll do

• Drive commercial trucks and vans along assigned delivery routes

• Load and unload goods, using a forklift or similar equipment when needed

• Check vehicles before and during shifts for safety or mechanical problems, and flag anything needing repair

• Keep delivery logs and shipment paperwork up to date

• Stay in touch with dispatch and customers to confirm delivery times and sort out any issues

• Help with heavy equipment during loading and unloading when called on

• Perform basic maintenance checks to keep vehicles running well

Requirements

• A valid commercial driver's license matching the vehicle you'll operate

• Previous experience driving commercially or handling freight

• Comfortable and safe operating equipment like forklifts (certification a plus)

• Understanding of transportation and equipment safety rules

• Some basic vehicle maintenance or repair know-how

• Good record-keeping and attention to detail

• Clear communication skills for coordinating with dispatch and clients

Training is provided on equipment and safety procedures, so you can build on your driving and operational skills on the job.

Pay and schedule

• $15.00-$20.00 per hour

• 35 to 40 hours expected per week

• Work is performed in person
