Dedicated OTR CDL-A Driver — $1,188 Weekly Minimum, Home Weekends

Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers for a long-running dedicated account they've run for over 15 years. You'll run the lower 48 on a steady schedule of mostly drop-and-hook freight, with most weekends off.

Routes and schedule

• Dedicated OTR account covering the lower 48 states

• Typically 2 weeks on the road followed by 2-3 days at home

• Most weekends off

• Mostly drop-and-hook loads with a consistent, reliable schedule

• Expect 2,500-2,700 miles weekly on average

Pay

• Annual earnings range from $60,000 to $93,000

• Average weekly pay around $1,800

• Guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,188

• Raise after your first 12 months on the job

• $500 bonus for new hires, paid out fully on your second paycheck

• $3,000 bonus for every qualified driver you refer

• $250 per day for the two-day paid orientation

• Reimbursement offered for drivers who earn their hazmat endorsement

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A and hazmat endorsement required

• At least 21 years old

• At least 6 months of recent experience driving a tractor-trailer

• Experience driving in winter conditions

• Must meet DOT qualifications

• Must pass a full drug screening

• Clean safety and work history

• No high school diploma or college degree needed
