Dedicated CDL-A Solo Driver — Home Weekly

This is a solo, dedicated retail run based in Arlington, TX, in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You get steady freight, regular weekly miles and a trip home every week. Four driver openings are available.

Pay

• Weekly pay averages $1,857 (roughly $96,580 a year), and top earners reach up to $2,421 a week (roughly $125,939 a year).

• You are paid for both mileage and loads, and pay arrives every week.

The work

• Expect around 1,600 miles a week, split into 2-3 loads with 2-6 stops each.

• About 75% of deliveries stay in Texas; the other 25% go to Kansas, Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi.

• You unload at the stops using rollers.

• Daily tasks: run your assigned routes, do pre-trip and post-trip inspections, keep accurate ELD logs, follow DOT rules and company safety policies, and keep dispatch posted on your progress.

Home time

• You are home each week for a 34-hour rest.

Requirements

• A valid CDL-A and 3 years of CDL-A experience.

• Age 21 or older.

• A clean driving record.

• You must pass a DOT physical and a pre-employment drug screen.
