About this job
Our company Utility Services needs a Truck Driver to move materials and equipment for a Data Center project in Boling, TX. You'll work alongside linemen and other crew members on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Transport equipment and materials between the yard, job site and pole locations, keeping safety a priority throughout
- Handle groundwork tasks, getting materials ready for the line crew
- Set up work zones with cones, signs and other traffic control devices
- Help train newer drivers joining the team
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A clean driving record
- 2+ years of driving experience is preferred but not required
Work conditions
This is outdoor, hands-on field work. Expect regular bending, kneeling, climbing, squatting, pushing, pulling and twisting, sometimes in tough weather like heat, cold, rain, snow or wind. You'll need to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, have good distance vision and hand-eye coordination, and be able to tell colors apart.
