About this job
This Moncton, NB role is for a Class 3 truck driver who delivers freight on assigned routes. You will drive the truck, help your delivery partner unload, and keep the vehicle and its equipment in good shape.
Pay
- $20.00 to $30.00 per hour.
What you'll do
- Follow safe driving practices and delivery instructions on your routes.
- Work out the unloading with your delivery partner, using the right equipment when needed.
- Check the vehicle, report any maintenance concerns, and take care of routine minor fixes when it makes sense.
- Keep colleagues informed about deliveries and equipment problems.
What we're looking for
- Solid commercial driving ability and safe handling of the vehicle.
- A careful eye for detail and the ability to handle freight and stick to delivery procedures.
- Nice to have: Chinese speaking, plus experience with forklifts, heavy equipment or auto repair.
