Class 3 Driver/Labourer — $32–$35/hr

Our company is hiring a Class 3 Driver/Labourer in Edmonton, AB for erosion control and land reclamation work across Alberta and Western Canada. The role mixes driving company trucks with hands-on field labour, working alongside heavy equipment and specialized gear.

Pay

• $32.00–$35.00 per hour for Class 1 & Class 3 drivers

• Field labourers start at $25.00/hour

• Overtime paid after 8 hours/day and 40 hours/week

• Expected hours: 40–70 per week

Home time

Mix of local and out-of-town projects, including possible weekend work during busy periods.

What you'll do

• Drive company trucks and equipment, including 18-speed transmissions

• Load and handle seed, mulch, fertilizer and other materials (up to 50 lbs)

• Operate hoses and specialized erosion control equipment

• Assist equipment and truck operators

• Perform general labour, site prep, and equipment setup/cleanup

• Conduct pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance

• Keep accurate delivery and vehicle logs

Requirements

• Valid Class 3 (or Class 1) driver's license with a clean abstract

• Standard First Aid, H2S Alive, CSTS, WHMIS, Fall Arrest/Fall Protection tickets

• Able to pass a drug and alcohol test

• Fluent in English

• Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather

• Willing to travel out of town when required

• Experience in construction, oilfield, reclamation, landscaping or similar is an asset but not required
