Class 1 OTR Truck Driver — Cross-Border, $70K–$100K+/Year

Pay

• Drivers typically earn $70,000 or more per year, with top performers bringing in over $100,000

• Hourly rate works out to $27.77-$28.86

• Pay scales with how much you're willing to work, and the company keeps steady miles flowing

What you'll haul

• Late-model Freightliner Cascadia trucks with condo-style sleepers

• Trucks come equipped with a bunk heater, fridge, and a 2000 W power converter

• Expect steady, consistent freight volume

Home time

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 licence

• At least 3 years of commercial driving experience

• Must be legally able to cross into the United States

• Clean driving record

• Comfortable running 11,000+ miles per month, the standard expected of all drivers here

• This is a full OTR lifestyle role, suited to drivers ready for that commitment

What the job involves

• Hauling freight safely across both Canada and the U.S.

• Performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Keeping accurate logs and delivery paperwork

• Staying in touch with dispatch and customers on scheduling or issues

• Following all traffic laws and safety rules
