This role is for an experienced Class 1 driver to haul lowbed loads safely around Fort St. John, BC, with pay set at $38.00-$45.00 per hour.
Pay

What you'll haul
- Lowbed freight, including oilpatch-related loads
- Loading and unloading using heavy equipment when needed
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 license
- Demonstrated commercial driving background
- Knowledge of oilpatch freight handling rules
- Heavy equipment experience is a plus
- Comfortable working solo or with a team, with strong communication skills
What you'll do
- Deliver freight on schedule while following traffic laws
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks
- Keep dispatch updated on progress and delays
- Handle minor truck repairs to keep it running well
