Pay
Earnings potential of up to $75,000 or more per year, depending on the career path you choose. Pay comes from a combination of miles run, bonuses, and competitive starting per-mile rates.
Career paths
- OTR: the most miles and the highest pay potential, suited to drivers who like long-haul travel and independence
- Team OTR: two drivers working together for continuous miles, shared driving load, priority dispatch, and newer trucks
- Dedicated: set lanes, customers, and schedules for steady, predictable income and routine
- Regional: shorter routes with more frequent home time, often daily or weekly, within a set freight area
Available routes depend on your experience level and what's open in your area.
Experienced driver options
- Driver Mentor/Trainer: train new drivers and increase your pay
- Owner Operator: lease purchase program to run your own trucking business
Requirements
No prior CDL or trucking experience is required - training is provided.
