CDL Truck Driver — Local Septic/Dump Route, $60,000–$100,000/yr

Our company needs a local truck driver to haul sewer waste to the landfill using dump trucks and pump trucks. You'll work weekdays with weekends as needed, handling loading, safety checks and paperwork along the way.

What you'll haul

• Sewer waste, transported to the landfill

• You'll run dump trucks and pump trucks, including manual transmission equipment

• Loading and unloading of freight or sewage, handled with care

What you'll do

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections for safety and compliance

• Stick to assigned routes and keep deliveries on schedule

• Log mileage, fuel use and other required records accurately

• Stay in touch with dispatch and customers about delivery status or issues

• Follow safety rules during driving, loading and unloading

Pay

$60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year, full-time, as a company driver on a local route.

Requirements

• Able to operate various trucks, including dump trucks and pump trucks

• Comfortable with manual transmission vehicles

• Experience with route driving and keeping to a schedule

• Careful record-keeping and attention to detail

• Strong, safety-focused driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws

• Able to work solo or alongside a team in a fast-paced setting
