CDL Shuttle Driver Supervisor — $18-$22/hr

Our company, a family-owned business serving the community since 1986 with eight franchise brands and over 300 employees, needs a Shuttle Driver Supervisor in Augusta, ME. You'll split your time between driving shuttle routes and leading the driver team, keeping safety and service standards high.

Pay

• $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Expected 40.0 hours per week

What you'll do

• Oversee shuttle drivers and make sure they follow safety rules, traffic laws and company policy

• Build and assign daily shuttle schedules and city routes so pickups and drop-offs run on time

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical condition and DOT compliance

• Watch driver performance, reinforce defensive driving habits and handle safety issues as they come up

• Manage the fleet's maintenance schedule and arrange repairs or servicing when needed

Requirements

• Background driving buses, shuttles or similar commercial vehicles

• Solid understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting

• Valid CDL with the right endorsements, including air brake certification

• Familiarity with DOT and state transportation safety rules

• Paratransit, school bus or motor coach experience is a bonus

• Strong spoken English and comfort working with two-way radios

• Able to drive city streets safely even in rough weather

• Previous supervisory experience in transportation or delivery driving is preferred
